For Intro Work Sessions:
Please note that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy for our Intro Work Sessions. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Intro Work Session, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session in order to receive a refund, credit, or to reschedule. Our office is closed on Sundays, so if you need to cancel or reschedule a Monday Intro Work Session, you must contact us by 3:00 PM PST on the Saturday before your Intro Work Session in order to receive a refund, credit, or reschedule.
For Acting Essentials:
If you find that you will be unable to participate in the Acting Essentials for which you enrolled (“Class”), you must notify us of your cancellation in writing by no later than the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have enrolled, in order to receive a full refund. (For example, if you signed up for a spot in a March Class, you would need to notify us that you cannot participate by February 20th). You may notify us in writing by emailing Cody@LeslyKahn.com.
Should you find it necessary to withdraw from Class after the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have enrolled, and you notify us of your decision at least three, full business days (Monday through Friday) prior to the Class’ start date, we will apply your entire payment to the cost of a future Class. Should you need to withdraw from Class and you notify us of your decision less than three full business days prior to the Class’ start date, you are not eligible for a refund or a credit. There are no-make up classes granted for the Acting Essentials.
For Comedy Intensive:
If you find that you will be unable to participate in the Comedy Intensive for which you signed up (“Class”), you must notify us of your cancellation in writing by no later than the 20th day of the month prior to the Class for which you have signed up in order to receive a full refund. (If you signed up for a spot in a March Class, you would need to let us know that you cannot participate by February 20th.) Refunds are provided only until the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have signed up.

For example, if class starts on Wednesday, April 6th at 6:00 pm, and you let us know you will not be able to participate in that Class by Friday, April 1st at 6:00 pm, you are eligible for a credit. If you notify us thereafter, you are eligible for neither a refund nor a credit.
There are no make-ups for Comedy Intensives.
If you have purchased a spot in a Class and wish to receive a refund, please inform us of that by phone by no later than the 20th of the month PRIOR TO the month in which your Class is to begin.
For Technique Clinic:
After class placement, Cody will contact you to offer you a spot in a Clinic. If you do not accept what Cody offers, you are fully entitled to a refund. Once you accept a spot, however, you are no longer entitled to a refund. Should you find it necessary to withdraw from Clinic after you have accepted a spot, we will add your name to a waitlist to be offered a future spot to should we have any last-minute availability.
For Ongoing:
If you find that you will be unable to participate in the Ongoing class for which you enrolled (“Class”), you must notify us of your cancellation in writing by no later than the 20th of the month prior to the Class for which you have enrolled, in order to receive a full refund. (For example, if you signed up for a spot in a March Class, you would need to notify us that you cannot participate by February 20th). You may notify us in writing by emailing Cody@LeslyKahn.com. If you purchase an Ongoing To Be Determined class and do not accept the Ongoing class offered to you after class placement, you are entitled to a refund or credit. Once you accept the spot, you are no longer eligible. For those of you on recurring billing: you must email Drew at Drew@LeslyKahn.com by the end of business on the 17th of the month prior to the start of your class if you wish to terminate your enrollment in the program.
